A useful distinction
Programme rules can change, and a change notice can have its own effective date. The date when a publisher downloaded a page is different from the date the rule applies. Both can be useful in a review record.
Put it into practice
Keep the document title, effective date and access date separately. Use the programme’s official change information and review affected content before relying on an old summary. Do not present a previous rate or condition as current simply because it remains in a spreadsheet.
